It is frightening how sick our country is! Despite all of the food we each eat everyday, most of us are severely malnourished because of the low or non-existent vitamin and nutrient content in our meals.

Your preventive healthcare ecosystem:

My name is Natalie, and I have been in the Health & Fitness Industry for most of my life. In 2012, I completed the Department of Veterans Affairs National Caregiver Training Program to help a disabled combat veteran rehabilitate from multiple procedures and surgeries, including brain surgery.

 

I also attended an 18 month certification course with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I learned dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Soon after, I opened a small health and wellness center with teaching kitchen in Las Vegas, Nevada called Vegas FIT Club.

I created this website to help those struggling in their fight against chronic diseases and conditions such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and arthritis. Most illness, suffering, and early death caused by these diseases can easily be prevented with healthy lifestyle behaviors such as proper nutrition, increase in daily physical activity, and decrease in alcohol/caffeine consumption.
